Here is my unsolicited opinion:  GR Coffee Roasters ROCKS!  If you truly want to support local business, you should definitely check them out!  Website | Facebook | Twitter.

I visited Craig a couple Saturdays ago (GRCR is open to the public Saturdays from 10a – 3p) and sampled some of his AMAZING coffee while he roasted my coffee order while I waited!  Doesn’t get any fresher!  You can see the varieties available or simply order from his site if you can’t make it down there in person.  (For the full experience, I would DEF recommend heading down there…)

He also let me sample some “Awesome Chocolate” which is made here in Wayland (he carries it in his shop & on the website.)  I have to say the dark chocolate covered espresso beans and the Pecan Caramel Clusters were my FAV!  Simple and straightforward, but very tasty!  (and VERY affordable… the clusters were only $5.50!!)

Grand Rapids Coffee Roasters is currently putting together custom gift baskets of the coffee and chocolates if you still have some shopping to do!  The Saturday Special is 2lbs of coffee for $16.95.  What I really love about this is that it comes in a plain bag that you could personalize and decorate to give as a gift to your favorite coffee-drinker!
