I saved 44% on groceries last night at Meijer.
Retail $60.21, Sale prices $54.72, Coupon savings $21.19, Final Price $33.53
I know it can be a challenge to save on groceries here in West Michigan. I just wanted to show an example of how coupons can get you decent savings and it’s not ALL junk food. I think I did ok considering my purchase included: $12 of soy milk, $10 of ground turkey (I missed the sale last week… ugh), and $5 of produce including the invisible baby bellas. (Ok, ok and $8 of cookie dough… )
These were the final prices after all coupons (Meijer Mealbox and manufacturer):
- Ortega Black Beans $0.06 ea
- Ortega Salsa $0.87
- Ortega Taco Shells $0.63
- Pillsbury Cookie Dough $0.50
- Smart Balance Sour Cream $1.19
- Silk Soymilk $1.89
- Brownberry Healthnut Bread FREE (coupon from Blissdom)
See the Meijer deals for this week 2/14 – 2/20.
