Week 4: $25/wk Food Budget Challenge

I finally went to Meijer last night to finish up my week 4 shopping. Because I was shopping at the last minute, all the 25% off Ortega products I had ordered coupons for were gone. I got a rain check! I purchased this in 2 transactions so I could use the catalina (OYNO coupon) from one purchase on the other.

Retail: $17.95
Sale Price: $13.34
OOP: $6.34
Saved 65% with coupons

Well, that beats my 56% saved last week…Though I’m still holding on to 2 $2 OYNSO coupons…..Nice job!

I like this healthy little competition! This week I’m probably focusing on Family Fare for my shopping, how about you? Let’s see how we do :)

I’m thinking about Family Fare too. With the several Instant Savings and OYNSO items this week, PLUS the $10/$50 coupon and my little bit of left over budget from last week. I should do pretty well for the four of us!
