I’ve been meaning to “chat with you” since this challenge began. I’ve said before, the budget amount for everyone is different. $25 per week is the goal I’ve set for myself. Everyone’s diet is different, too. As I mention in the video, I eat according to The Blood Type Diet: Eat Right 4 Your Type. It works for me.
